The fixed fee pricing outlined on this page applies exclusively to straightforward matters. If your situation is more complex, we may still be able to offer a fixed fee tailored to your specific circumstances; however, this fee may differ from those listed on this page.
At the beginning of your matter, we will clearly explain the scope of our fixed fee retainer, specifying which costs are included or excluded, and advising you of any possible additional expenses. Should your matter become more complex than initially anticipated, requiring work beyond the agreed scope, we will provide you with a detailed update regarding any additional costs.
Please note that the fixed fees listed do not cover the cost of any necessary disbursements. We will always seek your approval before incurring any such expenses, which will be payable as they arise. Disbursements may include, but are not limited to, court filing fees, title searches, process server fees, and external third-party reports such as medical or valuation reports.
If a barrister is required, or if you wish to instruct one, the fixed fees do not include the barrister’s fees or our costs for preparing a brief for them. Barristers’ fees vary depending on their expertise, reputation, and experience. We will ensure you are fully informed of all costs associated with engaging a barrister before any such expense is incurred or a barrister is formally instructed.
