Rose Charbel is an empathetic and experienced family lawyer dedicated to guiding families through challenging relationship transitions. With nearly over a decade of experience in practice, and a Master of Applied Law (Family Law), she provides tailored legal advice in areas such as property settlements, parenting arrangements, divorce, financial agreements, and child support. Her approach emphasises sensitivity, practical solutions, and avoiding costly litigation wherever possible.
She is well-versed in court processes and has a particular interest in complex matters such as resolving high-conflict parenting disputes involving relocation, international child abduction, or breaches of parenting orders, disputes over large asset pools, trusts, businesses, or hidden assets, allegations of domestic violence, mental health concerns, and family violence orders. With a client-centred philosophy and a track record of successful outcomes, Rose Charbel continues to be a trusted advocate for families navigating significant life transitions.
